Our Story.

Carmel Seiffen Sister Cities Inc

Our story began in 2017 when the first Carmel Christkindlmarkt introduced our community to the incredible artistry of Seiffen’s master woodworkers. What started with a single artisan demonstration blossomed into a deep friendship, leading to a formal sister city agreement in November 2023 and our official non-profit status in 2026. Today, we are dedicated to moving beyond seasonal markets to build a year-round, "people-to-people" partnership that celebrates authentic heritage and lasting international bonds.
