Bringing the KugelTour to Carmel truly takes a village powered by the passion of Carmel Seiffen Sister Cities volunteers, the creative vision of the Moden Agency team, and the dedicated support of City of Carmel employees. From local volunteers to master German artisans across the ocean, every person involved lends their time, talent, and heart to the project.
